Has anyone upgraded to DB2 Version 9? I was wondering if you had to update edaserve.cfg to recognize this adapter. My DB2 Version 8 has these 3 lines added: db2_access = y db2_rel = 8 db2_cli = yThis message has been edited. Last edited by: Kerry,

As far as I know DB2 version 9 is not supported by any release of WebFocus on AIX 5.2 not even the latest WF 7.6.7
It is however supported by WebFocus 7.6.1 and up, but only on AIX version 5.3 64bit pSeries machines using the corresponding 'WebFocus AIX 5.3 pSeries 64bit' version of the software.
Sorry, you need both an opsys and WebFocus upgrade.
Update
just realized that you are going to 7.6.5 in that case. If your OS is AIX 5.3 AND you have 'WebFocus AIX 5.3 pSeries 64bit' installed try just changing db2_rel = 8 to db2_rel = 9
if that does not work you will have to remove version 8 of the adapter and reconfigure version 9 ( back up edasprof.prf first and then copy all of the old DB2 entries back in after you reconfigure because removing the adapter removes the edasprof entries)This message has been edited.
