Hi

Have just installed the patch that allows wf to run on IE7 and everything works fine bar that on bottom of Amper Autoprompting where the Options appear, buttons appear but they do not have any image on them.

For example the Run button does not have the VCR play symbol although hovering over it will issue the light yellow message to say that this is the Run WebFOCUS query button.

Has anyone out there encountered this peculiarity?

I installed the patch on my Clients system to allow BID to run properly (i.e. at all!) but we do not use auto prompting so I haven't seen the problem you relate.

Suggesting the obvious, right click the image box and select properties to see where the file should be.

Do you have customised paths for your installs (e.g. a folder name prior to ibi? ... wfdev/ibi/webfocus71/...... etc.)? Not that it should make the slightest difference of course Wink

Hi John,

I installed the IE 7.0 patch as well to my WebFOCUS 7.1 server and when i use the auto prompt feature I see the images for Run, Refresh, etc without a problem.
You might want to verify that the patch did indeed update the ibi_html directory and files (worp_tree.js, worp_menu.js and worp_runtime.js)
