I have a webfocus proces that creates a document on a certain FTP location somewhere on the netwerk.
This is supposed to be picked up by an other proces (not focus)
Now there is a requirement to mail these documents also to some ppl.
I can of course create a second reportcaster proces that does more or less the same and send the report as a mail attachment, but I wonder if reportcaster would be able to pick up the already created document and send that as an attachment .

Sounds easy, but so for I did not get it done.
Part of the challenge is the name of the file that changes based on the date of creation.

As long as the file location is accessible by WebFOCUS, Report Caster can email files along with reports created in Report Caster. You just have to set up a task for it.
