I get this error in the log:

(FOC007) THE REQUEST STATEMENT DOES NOT CONTAIN A VERB

Have you checked to see if the error happens when running from Developer Studio ?

ReportCaster will typically stop on any error, but when run from the browser, it continues till the end and returns a report.
