Anyone experience a "Run Once" Recurrence that sends the email twice?

In the "Email Retries" under "Email Distribution and Notification" it's set to 1 / 60 seconds - but the documentation reads "Number of times the Distribution server will try to connect to the email serer to deliver report output" - so it "feels" like that's the correct setting.

What am I missing? Something is having the emails go 2x.

I've figured this out. PICNIC problem.

I tweaked the Run Once Schedule - saved.
I then right click and said run now.

It appears - when you save a Run Once - it runs immediately. I wasn't aware of this - so I ran it again....which added the 2nd run.

Nothing to see here. Problem In Chair Not In Computer.

This stumps me every time I return to RC development after months of absence...
