Yes saw the tool bar. To have the permanent effect IBI instructed us to do the following. One of our developers wants everything Caps all the time.
By default, mixed case is on in Developer Studio 7x. However, if it is not on for you, you will need to modify a configuration file in order to allow mixed case. Open the file "ibi\DevStudio71\bin\FexFiles.ini" in a text editor. Search for the setting called "Mixed Case". Change the value of this setting from 0 to 1.
