We are currently trying to make our self service appliaction multi-browser compatible. We have run into an issue with Firefox 2.0 and the calendar icon displaying. Has anyone had any luck with getting the calendar icon to display in Firefox? If so, how were you able to accomplish it?

It doesn't in 7.1.6, it does in 7.6.1, but it doesn't line up very well.
