Since maintain forms all use the same window as the one that was used to initially start the maintain, you can't specify one form to be full screen and the other not to be full screen. What you can do though, is by including a small piece of javacode in the form (one or all of them) that resizes the window to the desired screen size. Bare in mind that once this has been set, the window size stays like that, regardless of what form is being called, unless this form has its own resizing. The only other option I know of is to have a start-html page that will open up a new full-screen window and redirects it to the maintain.

I would suggest you include a js library with a functions that resizes the screen. Then include it in heach form. with the fucntion you can then, perhaps center the form on the screen as well.
