We recently installed a Windows patch on the distribution server and it has caused links to webpages that go out with a caster report to be distorted/encoded. It only happens when a distribution list is used (not when the same report is sent to a hard-coded email address). It happens when a report is sent as an attachment but the URL is a message that lets the user link to a htm page in APPROOT.

ie. http://myserver/ibi_apps/approot/myfolder/report.htm
gets encrypted to:
http%253A%252F%252Fmyserver%252Fibi_apps%252Fapproot%252Fmyfolder%252Freport.htm

Has anyone seen this? Is there some kind of tag to put around the URL to prevent it?

I would suggest opening a case with techsupport on this. Sounds like the windows patch had a bad effect on WebFOCUS.
