Display d20.2 values as i10 in launch page

I have created a launch page in Dev Studio 5.3.3 to run a fex currently in production. The problem is that an ID field is stored in the master as D20.2. In the reporting fex we have a define to convert it as an I10 (TEMPID/I10 = IDWink. However, in the launch page
drop down control the IDs are displaying as 1.00 (should be 1) 120.00 (should be 120).

I’d love to have them display as and be passed as alpha values to the next fex to generate another report.

I have thought that I could modify the maplaunch.fex and I just see:
-* File maplaunch
-* Default Mode: ResourceLayout
-HTMLFORM maplaunch

and I obviously cannot modify the maplaunch.htm file.

I am pretty new to the intricacies of the Dev Studio. Suggestions anyone?

You could add the DEFINE to the Master (instead of the FEX) and it should become another field to the GUI tool in Dev Studio.
