GINNY, your solution is correct,but i want to know if i have ten columns of numerical data,then inorder to use D7M or D10M from the D12.2 for these columns where exactly i have to modify it.

As Ginny suggested, "Please look up field format options in the documentation.". That way you'll have a better understanding of what you need, now and in the future, instead of just this answer to this issue now.
