Compound Reports in EXL2K format

As suggested in FP forum replies, I used EXL2K OPEN and EXL2K CLOSE for compound reports, when I execute the FEX ,the compound report is not opening in EXCEL 2000/2003

I have tried below source, Please suggest if any changes.

I ran you example and it works quite well. I have Excel 2007.
I get 2 separate worksheets.

If you add NOBREAK after the ON TABLE PCHOLD of the first TABLE, you get both outputs in the same worksheet.
