I just opened a case with Information Builders requesting the ability to have a column title for a BY phrase when the ROWS...OVER... keywords are used. For those of you who would like to have this as well, please open a new feature request case with IBI so this gets on their list. The more requests they get, the better the chances this will be put on the TO-DO list.
