Hi all,

I am wanting to extract the actual user name for a &G_USER ID, that I am hoping must be stored somewhere within the WebFocus system files.

Is this possible? What is the file?

Many thanks as always!

Hi Mark,

Perhaps you can use

-SET &USR = CNCTUSR('A8');

Put this command into your site.wfs on the client (d:\ibi\clientnn\wfc\etc\site.wfs )
<SET>IBIMR_user(PASS)

Then in mre in your fexes
put
-TYPE &IBIMR_user
and you'll see the &var you can use
The
-SET &USR = CNCTUSR('A12');
-SET &USR = GETUSER('A12');
seem to get a userid that is used to connect to the server... i'm not sure (someone will come along and tell us ) ...but they don't get the mre user id...if that's what you're looking for.
