I have a problem I am trying to find a solution for. Hoping someone can give me some ideas.

We have to set up over 300 jobs to run in Report Caster. We have the email address and and hierachy for data access for each merchant. The thing we are trying to figure out is the simplest way to do this. One solution is to change fex code so we pass in the heirarchy and email address via a distribution list we create(csv or excel spreadsheet). Also it was suggested the put in the dates in the list.

I am new to using RC and RL so ANY ideas or suggestion would be very much appreciated.

Latosha, i don't actually understand your problem.
tell me this:
ARe you setting up 300 separate schedules in Caster? or is that what you're trying to avoid?
Would each of these 300 jobs run the same fex?

I am trying to avoid having to create so many. Yes the same fexes just different merchants that have access to different hierarchies.

I was just given a idea of trying to do a burst but not sure how to do that yet. Looking into it.
