I would like your help with these two items, as minor as they seem, I can't see where to do them in IA.
1) Add the "38" on the top or bottom of the reference line. 2) remove the "0" and "100" from below the graph (axis min/max values).

The "38" is 1/2 of 76 used to place the marker. I would like to see the "38" either above of below that reference line.
The two 50s are just to show a total of 100%. The first 50 is below 76 (bad) / the second 50 is above 76 (good). The bottom line is that this a a make-shift "Bullet Chart".
