I was wondering if anyone have a similiar error above when RC executes the task. Funny thing is that the could submit it manually without any problems. Also, we recently upgraded from v5.3.3 to v7.1.6 on the zOS environment.

There is something in the CDS KEY it is not liking. If there is a missing underscore in the CDS_KEY or ACCT_NO as can't tell because you put the error in the heading. Or if the line is correct, look at the line just before to see if you might be miss matching quote marks.
