We just upgraded the WebFOCUS to 7.6.4 and initialize Lotus Notes adpater. I got the following error message:

FOC 36901: Failure to initialize adapter

Can anyone help me on this? Is there anyway i check the detail information for this, such as login/password is not correct

If IBI helped you with the install, call the systems engineer who set this up for you. Otherwise, call Tech Support and have them walk you through this. You may need both your Webfocus admin and your Win2k systems admin in on the call.
