Does anyone know if there is a way to open more than one window or develop more than one fex at a time from the text editor in WebFOCUS 8? We currently have this feature in 7.6 but not quite sure how to do this in version 8. Please advise and thanks in advance. This message has been edited. Last edited by: <Kathryn Henning>,

Simply go to the Window menu at the top and click Tile. Any window that you do not want to see (like Dev Studio Desktop for example) just minimize it, click Tile again, and it will be eliminated from the display. Hope this helps.
FYI: I submitted a case (New Feature Request) regarding App Studio because it does not have this feature for some reason.

You can have multiple resports open at once also and they appear on tabs. So I have one open in composer 2 different ones in text edit and have 3 tabs.
And it also looks like It does subtabs for includes etc

¬Thanks everyone for the Info regarding opening multiple windows in WF8 but I need to clarify. I know we can do this within Developer Studio/App Studio. What I'm asking for is there a way to do this within the MRE? We have a group of developers that prefer MRE and developing from the text editor. I look as though you can only have one window opened at a time from this web based development tool. Definitely not a good sales pitch to that group of individuals. Any help is much appreciated.
