There is one standard report that is called Domain Usage. The first report shows the domains then you drill down to the reports in that domain and then drill down to the users that ran that report.

I am not aware of using RA from the WF client but you could create a domains and set up URL's to the reports that do run on the reporting server for starters. You can also create your own reports against the RA tables. There is a master file rmldb that resides in the \ibi\srv82\wfs\catalog\rm directory.
