Currently using W.F. 764. Now and then when working with a HTML Form
Web Focus will unexpectatly close without any reason or error messages.
This has happened after I have tried to open a form to continue developing and sometimes when
assigning a Dynamic Procedure to a Form Parameter.

Getting frustrating as I loose any updates I have made since I performed a save?

Any thoughts what might be going on.

By WebFOCUS I guess that you mean Dev Studio? If so then it's a case of getting used to it (generally).

I've had various releases of DS suddenly close without cause etc. although it hasn't happened in recent weeks (I'm touching wood here!).

If you want to see other frustrations that have occured then search for Dev Studio on the forum.

I'm currently using 7.610 - very stable for me.

Did you ever opened a case - I know that there are several Hotfixes for 7.64 that might improve stability for you.

Echo Tony's comments, however, i've found it to be more stable lately, but still providing the occasional highly frustrating 'hiccup'.
