If you're using the Portal and InfoAssist, click Upload, File and it'll walk you through the metadata and load. Once it's loaded into a dataset (you can use any database you have write access to or use the internal DATREC format which comes with WebFOCUS). Then just treat it like another table for reporting purposes. If you're not using Portal and InfoAssist, you can use Upload utility in Reporting Server and it'll walk you through the same basic upload process.
