When I test a MS SQL Server adapter on the Console Page, I get the error below. Has anyone seen this before?

(FOC1400) SQLCODE IS -1 (HEX: FFFFFFFF)
: (0) [HYT00] [Microsoft][SQLServer 2000 Driver for JDBC]Login has timed
: out.
(FOC1405) SQL PREPARE ERROR.
