line space on 'Title' with 'skip-line'...

Hello All -
When i am keeping a 'skip-line' on a sort field, I am getting a line space after the column title as well. Can some one pls help me resolve this? Any ideas are appreciated.. Thank you!

Kal,

This is standard behavior for the SKIP-LINE command. Try using a SUBFOOT on your sort field instead of the SKIP-LINE command.

TABLE FILE CAR
PRINT RCOST DCOST
BY COUNTRY
BY CAR
ON COUNTRY SUBFOOT
" "
ON TABLE SET STYLE *
TYPE=REPORT, GRID=OFF,$
ENDSTYLE
END

Wondering if there is any similar workaround for removing linespace for 'Title Row' in case of skip-line with Cond. styling!!

Like for eg. when i have skip-line like
TYPE=SKIPLINE,
WHEN =FLG6 EQ 1,
$
(OR)for
ON COUNTRY SKIP-LINE WHEN FLG EQ 1

pls suggest!
