I am wanting to take for example the following fields item number and model. Currently, the data looks like the following:

Item Number Model
a12345-123 WG
a12345-123 WA
a12345-123 WD

I want the data to look like this:

Item Number Model
a12345-123 WG, WA, WD

or

Item Number Model
a12345-123 WG WA WD

First of all welcome to Focal Point! It is a great place to get answers to your development questions.

This is untested but try

DEFINE ITEM_MODEL/A100=IF ITEM_NUMBER EQ LAST ITEM NUMBER THEN ITEM_MODEL | ' ' | MODEL ELSE ITEM_NUMBER | ' ' | MODEL;


I don't know your real field names but hopefully you get the gist...
