We are currently in the process of upgrading to WF 8007. In 7702, I have Report Library Access lists that me and a co-worker can see and I send an email with a link to the library report once completed. We both receive the email. When trying to re-create the access list in 8007, I am only able to add her user id (only she is listed in members). I am not listed as a user. So, when I run the job to "share with" her, she receives an email but I do not. When I run the job with distribution "private", I get the email notification link.

Why can't I add other users, including myself, to an access list??

I did. Our admin had to get some sort of patch. Might need to contact IBI to explain your issue.

We were missing permissions in the WF8 security center.
