Hi ,

I have created a BI Portal page in which I have a drop down and couple of reports and graphs. Graphs has drill down functionality. In the drop down, I have two options 'A' and 'B'. 'A' is the default selection in the drop down.

When I change drop down to 'B' everything on the page changes shows values according to option 'B' and now when I click on the drill down thing on the graph , drop down defaults back to 'A' but the graph and reports shows values according to 'B'. Is there any way on clicking the graph for drill down, values in the report changes but the value in the drop down remains 'B'?

One of the options when you create a drill down is to choose Refresh BI Portal. This will refresh all the other reports and charts on the BI portal page.

Hi Chuck,

I did that. But the problem is when I click on the graph for drill down, it refreshes everything including the dropdown box which I don't want. I just want reports to be refreshed on clicking the graph for drill down not the dropdown box.

Can the dropdowns be in a separate banner and not on the actual page. That may help but not sure.
