I want to load a double list control with some of the values already moved over to the selected list. When examining the properties of the Parameters tab for this control, there is the standard 'Selected Value' option. However, I don't see that it does anything. Strangely enough, if I load the list box with a static data source instead of a fex, I get the chance to check off multiple selected values. However, this does not move them over on load, it simply highlights them in the left listbox.
Anyone have a technique for this?
Cheers,

I understand what you are saying, and that is not what I'm asking. I can load the control with a fex output as xml, but when I do that, it populates the left listbox. My question is: How do I also populate the right list box? In other words, I want some optional fields (left box) and some required fields (right box).
Cheers,
Joey

Off the shelf, loading the left (candidate) pane clears the right (elected) pane.
You would need to run your own function after the dust settles, to force the manditory values into the right pane (perhaps copying them from a hidden listbox, so the list is controlled by a fex).
I had a similar need (to adjust the options in the pair of component listbox controls after an initial or repeat "load" takes place, but I could not find an event I could hook to; wound up using a pair of plain listboxes and rolling my own buttons.
