Hi

We the the issue on our customer server that everything is ok on our test machine.

The problem is parameter return ???? for Thai alphabets. I tried to created the very easy procedure name zzzz.fex that contains only

-TYPE &AA

that the issue still occur.

I tried to run this procedure in the Reporting Server environment (http://servername:8121), everything is ok. The Thai parameter value can be shown correctly.

But the issue occur outsite the Reporting Server (I call it via http://servername/ibi_apps/WFServlet?IBIF_ex=zzzz)

The WF version is 7.1.3

We already configure the NLS in Web Console both port 8121 and 8129 and also configure in WebFOCUS admintrator console but the issue stiil occur.

So, I need your help.

Have you configured the WebFOCUS client for the correct NLS code page?

That would appear to be the obvious cause.

Hi

For WF Client, I set the code page to 874 - Thai for both;

- WF Admin Console>Configuration>NLS Settings
- servername:8129> Workspace > Configuration > General > NLS

Is there other place for setting langauge?
