[CLOSED]Autoprompting Being Invoked post migration from WF7 to WF8
Hi

I have a Report with an HTML Launch page, the report output is displayed in the target frame in Webfocus 7, however when the HTML/fexs were migrated to WF8, The report when run invokes Auto Prompting Screen with blank Amper Variables, however when run in a new window gives correct output in the new window.

I made sure that the prompt for parameters property is not checked.

I think you will need to add -DEFAULTH for all the parameters, or completely turn off prompting.

Default worked for me, but there are columns which we need to show only if they are available, by giving default, it is impacting the report output, How do we completely turn off the Prompting?

Right click fex, Properties, uncheck "Prompt for Parameters"

"right-click..." will only work for each fex, one at a time.

I think you can globally turn it off from the Administration Console (we did, because we found the parameter prompting thoroughly annoying):
