Can anyone tell me why certain chart types are disabled in InfoAssist? When I click on the "Format" tab and the "Other" Chart Types button, I get the select a chart prompt. If I click the Pie icon on the left, I only see 4 of 8 pie charts that are active. Four other are disabled. Why?This message has been edited. Last edited by: Tamra,

Mark,
This is most likely due to certain chart formats are only supported in certain output formats. In your example, those four pie chart formats aren’t compatible with HTML5. If you switch the format to HTML, the 4 pie chart options your mention become active.
Two engines that are at play – HTML5/AHTML (JSCHART engine) and everything else (PFJ engine).
Hope that helps you out.
