Okay, folks - within the last two years there was a BID toolset (or toolbox or toolkit) which was available through a URL link. This toolset allowed dashboard administrators to do some customization to the WORP files that was not strictly off the shelf.
Anybody who can point the way is highly laudable - your memory is far superior to mine!
Hi Jax, You should be able to access this from the Welcome Page... "http://computerort/ibi_apps/welcome.jsp" and select Business Intelligence Dashboard View Builder, which will give you access to the Toolbox. Regards, Rich

Thanks, Rich. That is the template approach for the the dashboard and does most everything very well. Occassionally it is necessary to get under the covers for some aesthetic touches and there was a link pointing to a toolset with code alternatives.
Again, subject to the element of senior moments, is there as a toolset (toolbox, toolkit?) for geting directly into the WORP tables.
