I'm not sure how this happened but when I try to re-position a control 2 others move with it. Also, the same page, when I try to move a control it pops up on top of another and then will not let me move it. I'm not understanding this behavior. It looks like they are grouped, but the break group button never gets activated. Any ideas?
The controls are a PANEx in the object viewer, with an embedded combobox.

If you don't want the controls grouped, when you add your button, select your program, and the wizard with all of your variables comes up, down in the bottom left-hand corner of that wizard is a drop down box which defaults to creating a form. If you choose not to create a form, then all of the controls will be separate, including the text, and you can move them around to your heart's desire.
