One way might be to create a holiday file for the year(s) you are interested in, set the HDAY variable, and use the DATEDIF function to determine the number of business days (BD) between Jan 1 and Dec 31. I think the WebFOCUS Using Functions 5.3 manual includes information on how to create the holiday file.

When you say "working days", can I assume that means all days in a calendar year excluding Saturdays and Sundays? What about holidays that don't fall on Saturday or Sunday?
