When I log onto the server I get a popup message for each agent that has crashed or has been killed.
"TSCOM3.EXE has encountered a problem"
This is more annoying than critical and we never used to get this.
I think it might be Tivoli monitoring software that was installed sometime in the past.
Does anyone with TMS experience know how I can suppress these messages since it is not absolutely critical to know that TSCOM3 has died but for other services that stop and auto restart after crashing I see this would be very useful.
Regards

John, I believe the issue is with TMS which is intercepting the agent which has crashed. You can try to do this, run regedit go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Information Builders and update the SvDebugger double click on it and add tktrap -v %ld %ld. Let me know what happens.
