am I correct to assume that the parameter button on the Deferred Status page under the Utilities tab is for the user to view/change the parameter values for the fex to run? If so, it is a security exposure for us because we limit what the values can be for a user. Is there a way to remove that button on the page?

while this takes care of eliminating the parameter button, it messed up the format. It does not line up the jobs in row formation any more within the category. It strings all jobs into one row. What nees to be done is to comment out everything in the section, except for the first line of the name section and the last line of the end name section. That finally does the trick. Mike: What I would do to get the format back is create a blank paramtrs.gif to take to place of the one you took out. Just make sure you don't have any code linked to it.

even after you have commented out the line that identify the paramtrs.gif? I don't know if you saw the latter part of my msg. I got it to work by commenting out most of the section.
