I have a report...

BLDG ROOM EMP ARE CAP OCC
A 3 A 100 1 1

In the event that i have more than one person in a room i get...

BLDG ROOM EMP AREA CAP OCC
A 3 A 100 2 2
B 100 2 2

This isn't correct as it doubles AREA CAP and OCC. Using a compute and the LAST function I am able to get the following to show

BLDG ROOM EMP AREA CAP OCC
A 3 A 100 2 2
B 0 0 0

This is great only it makes almost no sense. What i want to do is the following...

BLDG ROOM EMP AREA CAP OCC
A 3 A 100 2 2
B
4 A 84 1 1

no you may be quick to say "use suppress 0"

Well that only works great for AREA, but for CAP and OCC there are rooms that have 0 for one or both.

Can anyone help?

You can set the value of the compute field to NULL using the missing option.

  <br />COMPUTE ROOMX/I4 MISSING ON = IF ROOM EQ 0 THEN MISSING ELSE ROOM;

Following up on what was said before, just make the fields be MISSING if it is not the first EMP for a given ROOM:
