Hey Guys, Looking to customize splash screen message for BI Portal (WF8105). Found a case on tech site, says to edit the two .jsp files but, it didn't seem to help for me. https://techsupport.informatio...ttrack/20623024.html
Any thoughts? This message has been edited. Last edited by: FP Mod Chuck,

Only way I know is to look at the Report Server console. If I remember correctly deferred jobs can be routed to a different Report Server or service block within a report server. These can subsequently be set up to have a queue so you can control the deferred jobs if that is what you are after.

No luck yet, I tried to restart, apache, clear client cache, browser cache etc., The splash message "Loading, Please wait.." won't go away. I modified both wfbiportalrun.jsp and wfbiportal.jsp but do not see the effect.
If anyone is able to see it I'd like to know.
Thanks a bunch! HAPPY FRIDAY!!

One last suggestion is to stop tomcat, delete the \ibi\tomcat\work\Catalina\localhost\ibi_apps folder and then restart tomcat. If that doesn't work then you should open a case with techsupport.
Thank you for using Focal Point!
