LeahHave you tried putting the total in a footing or subfoot?

LeahDepends on if you are doing a simple sum or are counting values with a focus verb.
if summing
ON TABLE SUBFOOT
"TOTAL COUNT IS <CT.COUNTED"
In the above assume counted is what you are summing.
If you are counting using COUNT or SUM.CNT then you can recap or summarize and assign a field to the total of the column containing the count, then put that field in the footing. Do you have documentation or on-line help you can search.
Also, someone is sure to ask you to update your signature in the profile so we know what version you are using.
