Hello Everyone,
I have the following fucntion in onclick submit button. My fuction is working proberly. But I would like to clear my login and password once the user hit submit. Next time the user won't see the oldID and password. I appreciate any suugestion regarding this issue.

My code Below:
function Onbtnsub_Click ( ) {

var inputID = LoginForm.txtID.value;
var inputName =LoginForm.txtPwd.value;
var defaultID ="Test";
var defaultPwd="testpwd";
if ((inputID == defaultID) && (inputName == defaultPwd))
{
IWCTrigger("Showreportoutputget");
}else{
alert("Please enter valid login");
}
}

My understanding of what you want to do, you ant to reset the user/password when submitted.

I am concerned that you are testing for default and running IWCTrigger on a match, I would have thought that it would be the other way around.

Seems to me you are almost there.
Why not add the code below after var inputName =LoginForm.txtPwd.value;
LoginForm.txtID.value = '';
LoginForm.txtPwd.value = '';
