Hello,

We get "File" and "View" menu items when we give "MENU-LOCATION=TOOLBAR" option in AHTML format report. Please let me know if there is any option to disable these two menu items retaining sorting feature in report.

I don't know the answer to your question but as an upgrade caution, TOOLBAR disappears around release 7.6.1 and everything is built around the POPUP paradigm. You might want to think about that before you get too far down the road.
