Where do I get the activex controls for exporting to Excel or emailing from the Active Reports. So that I can do it without having to change an IE setting, which is not recommended?

We found the problem. In doing my research on Focalpoint comments had indicated that the activex was not certified. Well the real problem is that the user needs to put the IB server on their trusted list for IE.
