In WEBFOCUS is there a way to track the number of attempts to view a report and timing of individual access, users who has viewed the reports etc Is that possible in webfocus environment to capture those information through any settings? Are these informations stored somewhere in any internal table or repository? Please help with these...This message has been edited. Last edited by: Kerry,
Look at resource analyser It gives a lot of information, but it also generates some overhead and the database might grow fast if you have a lot of frequent users.

If you don't have Resource Analyzer you can capture the userid, time fex name, etc and log them to a table yourself. Searching on the forum should give you multiple ways to do this.

Yes, we can use Resource Analyzer. But you should have separate license for this. You can also create your own custom tables either in FOCUS or any relational tables and track the usage details.
