We are running WebFOCUS reports from within custom java applications using the WebFOCUS RESTful web services. Reports are running successfully in most cases, but I am working on some issues that seem to be related to specific combinations of parameters being passed to the fex. I am having difficulty finding details in the various log files. Can someone point me to log files that includes details related to webservice calls and/or a setting that would create more verbose logs or traces?
We have webfocus 8.0.08 client running under WebLogic12 on Linux. This message has been edited. Last edited by: <Emily McAllister>,
Don't know specifically, but client logs are in /WebFOCUSxx/logs. Your requests will be bound in there. You can adjust what is shown by configuring the /webapps/webfocus/WEB-INF/classes/log4j.xml. Open a case to figure our which config is responsible for the WS calls, then adjust the XML to extend the details if necessary.
