Specifically with Active reports. I've several users that routinely hide the same columns once they open the active report. Can anyone suggest a means for storing their selection of hidden columns so on the next new export they don't have to go through the bother of rehiding the columns. Thanks in advance.

This cannot be done because once the report is rendered it is rendered with everything and then the end user can filter as they want. There is no way to save this changes. However, this is an interesting idea and should most certainly be submitted as a new feature request (NFR).
To submit a NFR, please contact Information Builders' Customer Support Services by either calling 1-800-736-6130, or access online InfoResponse.
Hope this helps.
Cheers,
Kerry
