Have an accordion report that if I run it by right clicking on the fex it does not display a blank line under the first record. But if I open the report in the painter and run it from within the painter the blank line appears and there seams to be some formatting, cause when you run it in the painter it does not show in an html table.
If I save it and close it and run it again from right clicking on the fex I don't get a blank row under the first record.

What causes this behavior?
