[CASE-OPENED] How to change Magnify/Portals "X-UA-Compatible"

We use Magnify within a Portal, but found within search, using IE11 (Edge), the
search results jumps into "Tabular view". This bug seems to
only occur in IE10 and below. While trying to figure this out, we noticed there
is a meta tag in the code, telling IE to jump to IE10, which is
causing this issue. If we go into Dev Tools and change it to Edge (IE11), there
is no issue. How can we change these default settings to use
IE11 instead of IE10?

This was found in the headers, which seems to be generated by WebFOCUS Portal.
