We are not able login into MRE using the MRE link and credentials provided. But we are able access MRE through Developer Studio. What could be the issue with login using the MRE link?

And what link would that be then? Is it the link that's on the administration console? Or ... Do you get any error messages, other then 'Not authorized' or something to that effect? Is there something in the app server's log file? Are you operating with Single-Sign-on or do you need to type in your username and password? What happens if you type in the admin id (and password, if set)?
