USE [WFReports]
GO
DECLARE @return_value int
EXEC @return_value = [dbo].[prc_Mktcode]
SELECT 'Return Value' = @return_value
GO
WebFocus Fex

I faced the same returning 0 records from WebFOCUS, almost 2 years ago. As far as I remembered, when you use SP, it must adhere to some IBI rules. Once done that, we're good to go. There are few posts in this forum, please search. I'm not good at PL/SQL, but data folks helped me.
All the best!
