Your best bet is probably to use the migration tool that is provided with RC. Documentation is provided in the installation guide.

Like Darin said, the best (and easiest option) is to use the migration tool. However, it is also possible to copy data from the Report Caster repository (all the BOT* tables). If you follow this path, make sure you have backups of the repository.

Well I guess if I would have asked the right question, I would have found this a lot sooner. All I wanted to do is to take ownership of the Report Caster schedules. After spending a day or two trying to figure this out, I stumbled upon the Global Schedule Update in the RC console that does what I want.
I was heading down the path of setting all the schedules up in a dev environment and trying to copy them over to production.
